The Radici restaurant is located within the Borgo la Chiaracia resort, in a small village called Castel Giorgio—not far from Lake Bolsena, near the borders of Umbria, Tuscany, and Lazio in Central Italy.
It is one of our favorite stops when traveling to Southern Italy. Unfortunately, outside of the peak season, it is only open for dinner on Saturdays, while during the high season, it is also open on certain weekdays. Be sure to check that it is open before you go; the location is quite out of the way, and a visit often requires a dedicated trip—frequently involving an overnight stay at the 5-star resort.
