The Bailara restaurant is located inside the 4-star Iriarte Jauregia hotel, in the small village of Bidania-Goiatz, in the Basque Country hinterland.
While the logistics make it somewhat difficult to visit just for dinner, it serves as a delightful stopover when combined with an overnight stay at this splendid hotel.
The cuisine is primarily local with international touches, and it is of a very high standard. We have visited twice, and it has never disappointed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting San Sebastián or Bilbao. Bailara Restaurant
