This old French castle houses a modern, designer 4-star hotel. The rooms are truly welcoming, featuring a design that is well worth seeing. The bistro offers simple cuisine—we tried a grilled ribeye steak, which was very well prepared. It is certainly an interesting place for a stopover along your journey.
