5 stars Hotel Resort Adler/Aquila in Ortisei, Val Gardena, Italy. Simply nature and luxury.
One of my favourite destinations in Springtime, Val Gardena gives endless possibilities. The Dolomiti mountains, Unesco world heritage, are simply incredible, the small towns are clean and beautiful, services are at the top. Michelin starred restaurants and everything you can desire is available at walk distance. The routes around Val Gardena are probably the most iconic you can do with a supercar, the world known Sella ronda is composed by 4 mountain passes (Pordoi, Gardena, Campolongo and Sella) around the Sella mountain, just in front of the Sasslong. The Sella and the Sasslong are facing the Adler hotel, and from the junior suite terrace you can see them dominating the valley. The Spa is simply gorgeous, and includes almost everything you can dream of. The room is modern, with a stunning view. Service is at the required level. A private covered parking is available. The restaurants probably are not the best in Ortisei, there are some better places to eat. Almost all reachable with a 5 - 10 minutes walk. I've never been there in winter, and well, that's a point in my things to do before to die list. Overall, well, wow. I love Adler. Hotel Adler - Aquila
