The Osteria del Tasso restaurant is located just in the middle of the Guado al Tasso estate, in Bolgheri, property of Marchesi Antinori, where some really famous supertuscan red wines are vinified, such as Bruciato, Guado al Tasso, Cont’Ugo and Matarocchio.
The restaurant is modern and comfortable, but I always prefer tablecloths to bare tables.
In any case the service is good for an Italian Osteria, waiters were kind and ingredients of first choice.
Surely not worth a star nor a special quote, but a nice Italian traditional food experience, with a really good Fiorentina steak and superb cured meats.
Obviously tasting the Antinori Bolgheri wines.
