We went to Toe Drue for dinner because we were craving a genuine Genoese "osteria", a place offering authentic cuisine, paired with excellent service and high-quality ingredients. The experience was perfect.
From the "baccalà" (salted cod) and "stoccafisso" (dried cod) to the "mandilli" pasta with pesto, everything was prepared according to tradition but with a modern touch, all while retaining a true, honest, and authentic flavor, much like Genoa itself and its people.
We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Toe Drue
