Le M, Vitrac, Dordogne, France. Not really worth a Michelin mention.
The restaurant Le M is featured in the Michelin Guide and is located at the Domaine de Rochebois resort in Vitrac, in the Dordogne region.
As it is the hotel’s own restaurant, and the only one in the area mentioned in the guide, dining at Le M is practically a "must" if you are staying at the Domaine, which is what we did.
The service is certainly not up to Michelin standards; the waitstaff are very young and lack basic training. The food, too, is more typical of a standard hotel than a gourmet restaurant. It was, without a doubt, a poor experience—especially considering the bill, which was certainly not inexpensive. Le M
