The restaurant À l'Échevin is located in the pedestrian center of Colmar, in Alsace. It is part of a small hotel, but it is also open to non-guests. The setting is incredible, it overlooks the canal in the "Little Venice" (Petite Venise) district, making for a truly romantic atmosphere.
While the food was of good quality, it didn't particularly impress us, and the service was fairly standard.
Nothing exceptional, then, but certainly a pleasant evening in a lovely spot for a couple to enjoy Alsatian flavors by the canal. À l'Échevin
