L'Agapa, Perros-Guirec, Brittany, France. Modernity on the Pink Granite Coast.

L'Agapa hotel in Perros-Guirec is a five-star property located right on Trestraou beach, which can be reached on foot via a rather challenging set of stairs.
The hotel houses a restaurant mentioned in the Michelin Guide; however, it has two drawbacks: the prices are excessively high given the quality of the food and service (even though the location is truly delightful), and, more importantly, there are too few tables relative to the number of guest rooms. Consequently, you must book well in advance; otherwise you will have to dine elsewhere, as happened to us on three out of the four nights we spent at L'Agapa across two separate visits.
We stayed in two different kinds of rooms, both of which were lovely and offered breathtaking views. The on-site parking is also convenient for all types of vehicles, including supercars, a significant asset for a hotel in town.
The concierge service, however, perhaps falls short of the standards expected at a modern, high-end five-star establishment like L'Agapa.
All in all, we were happy to return to this hotel for a second time, thanks to its prime location, excellent comfort, and extraordinary sea views. The restaurant, by contrast, struck us as overly pretentious, failing to deliver a truly enjoyable gastronomic experience.
That said, we wouldn't rule out returning again. L'Agapa
